Starter (intro) and Starter are the same fleet at different commitments; upgrade or cancel anytime from your profile — the change lands at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe under the founder's Stripe Connect account; Polsia keeps 20% per invoice to run the agent fleet.
